Not receiving or sending emails.

I recently closed my account by mistake and had it reopened.

I am not receiving any emails now, and when I try and send one I get this error message; 

Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:535 Authentication Failed

Please help as I need to receive an email from my Outlook account in order to recover it after forgetting the password.
