Not receiving push notifications on Android Zoho Desk app

Not receiving push notifications on Android Zoho Desk app

Hello,

I am not receiving push notifications on my Android Zoho Desk app. I get the email about new tickets, but I used to receive push notifications on my phone too. This just started happening this week.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
