Not recieving incoming emails

Hi everyone I have godaddy hosting and I have setup my email on zoho. I am not able to receive emails on the zoho webmail. However I am able to send the emails from zoho account successfully.

Also wanted to add that I am not able to add the mx2.zohomail.com in the MX section of godaddy.
It says that there ZONE FILE RECORD errors

Plz help on this
