Not retrieving POP3 mail from another account

Not retrieving POP3 mail from another account

I have set up another account for ZOHO Mail to retrieve emails for me. Even tho I did this successfully, it is not pulling the emails off of that account. When I fetch mail it simply says "no new messages" and none of my test emails are pulled. Can you help?
