Not sending and not receiving emails

I followed to the dot the instructions to setup the accounts, even I go the Welcome email from Zoho; however, all emails I sent are not reaching the other side and I am not getting the emails sent by my clients. I tried sending emails to my zoho email marlinleon@idealhairsolutions.com and I am not getting these. 

I would appreciate your help since I am trying to negotiate a big deal with suppliers abroad and I am using my corporate email account as a primary address and they are getting error messages when sending me information.
