I have potentials which are essentially yearly energy contracts, monitoring the sale of the contract and ultimately the contract going "live" with an energy supplier.

What I would like to achieve is that once a contract is live a monthly email reminder is sent to a person reminding them to read the electricity or gas meter and forward the reading to their supplier.

The person may not be the contact on the potential as it may be a person in a remote location.  Therefore is a company has twelve sites each potential will have a main contact and a meter reading contact.

I have added an additional contact field  Meter Read Contact to the potential.  Now I am trying to figure out how I get Zoho to automate sending an email to those  Meter Read Contact in potential that are flagged to receive them.  Quite happy to add another field for this or use the live status.  The email is to be sent on the 25th of each month.

I have looked at the automated process but can work that out.  Likewise I do not seem to be able to figure out how to mass email to potentials in the same way as you can Leads.
