Note Ownership Change in CRM
Changing note ownership is raising it's ugly head again. There is a set of built in rules in Zoho CRM that will change the owner of a note when the master entity (lead,contact,account) changes to the new owner. What I want to know is if someone from Zoho give me the business case of why the owner of a note in the system would change for ANY reason.
A note is a record of a past event. It should NEVER change.
