Notes - adding the note to a candidate, contact and job opening at the same time

Hello,
we would welcome, if there was an option to add a note not only to Candidate and Job Opening or Contact and Job Opening, but to all three of them at the same time.
It would be very useful when entering a feedback to a CV sent or an interview feedback. At the moment it requires double entry.
