Notes and Attachments stuck on Loading

The attachments and notes under the "Potentials" tab (we've modified it to call it something else) for any entry that we have stays stuck on "Loading..." and we can't see the notes or attachments associated with that entry. It's been like this for a couple of days. Notes and attachments appear without a problem in other tabs. I've attached a screen shot of the problem. Please respond with a fix
