Notes - differentiantion in the Notes lists

Notes - differentiantion in the Notes lists

Hello,
it would be very helpful, if the  Notes were somehow differentiated in the Notes overview/list, ie by color.
It would help to quickly identify a specific Note when ie looking for a call or specific note related to interview, candidate submission, etc.
It would be also great, if it was possible to formate the text of the notes, ie bold or color letters.
