Notes disappeared from the system due to your Zoho updates and I have still not heard a response

Notes have disappeared from the system due to your Zoho updates and I have still not heard a response. Please help as this is crazy and surely you cannot run a business this way. I have spent over an hour on the phone with you and emailed twice to no avail.
