Notes disappearing

Hello,

We've deployed VO here at work and are using it for all internal calendar, email and notes. Its working fine, except we're noticing that notes are disappearing after a month or so. Its not all the notes, but Im assuming its ones that haven't been accessed in a month...

Is there any way to keep notes indefinitely or at least change the period of time until they disappear?
