Notes for Leads, Contacts, Opps, ....

Hi,

would it be possible to see all notes nevertheless if it is a Lead, Contact, Opp,... so independent from Lead, Contact, Opp,...

AND would it be customizable (in the user preferences?) to see my notes always ALL and MAXIMIZED.

I work very frequently "every minute" with notes. I have to click always on MORE and I have to click on "read more".

Always ALL and MAXIMIZED woudl be great!!!

This would help me a lot for my work.
