Notes in CRM - possible to move to top of screen?

Notes in CRM - possible to move to top of screen?

Hi
 
Is it possible to move the "notes" section to the top of the Lead, Customer or Contact view? Possibly beside the "business card" fields - i.e to the RHS of the 5 business card fields?
 
At the moment all the notes sit under the Lead, Customer or Contact fields by default.
 
I am using the free version.
