I post this note in the hope that, a)people are not misled into what ZohoCRM can do, or b) someone out there has a solution to this problem on ZohoCRM.
In any business you deal with a multitude of people and in each case, whenever they order products, invariable there are some things that either cannot be done at the time or there is vital information regarding their next order etc... and because we are not machines, we make notes.
These notes are the things that save us when the customer calls back, we re-read the notes and we remember the special conditions that we had promised them on their next order. This in my understanding is the fundamental basis for a CRM.
Here's the problem, those notes you so meticulously made, do not show up when you come to make a new invoice. They are lost in a separate module called notes. Unless you go through your notes before making every invoice, and you won't, you will not remember to do the special arrangements you promised the customer for next time.
This glaring omission in my view renders much of what ZohoCRM is trying to do, pretty useless.
