Trying to save a note in ZOHO CRM under a contact. Nothing will save. Now I realize that many notes I have been entering have not been saved over the last month. Some are there but others are not. When I hit save the notes disappear as well as the box that I was typing in. Just a blank space is left on the section beside the word NOTES.
Is it possible to retrieve all the notes that do not appear?
