We are a Business to customer tax service which means that we prepare the customers report once a year.
The question is, in order to work right and efficiently, we are documenting all our contact with the customer in the notes module.
We found out that the notes in the Contact module and the Potential module do not synchronize and I don't understand why?
What is the right module to use in order to capture the customers info? If there are existing notes in both modules (contact a and potentials) can we merge them into one.
