In our business we write filenotes after sales meetings and calls. I'd like to store these filenotes in Zoho, but Zoho seems to have very limited capability with storage of notes.
In our old CRM system we could relate a filenote to multiple people (contacts), multiple organisations (accounts), as well as multiple opportunities (potentials). This was extremely useful because we often have a single meeting with mutiple people from multiple organisations about multiple opportunities. One filenote would be written after such a meeting. I don't want to have to go into every applicable contact record, account record and potential record and paste in many copies of the same note.
1. Can a note be simultaneously related to multiple contacts, accounts, and potentials?
2. Is it possible to add a 'Notes' tab so that I can access all my notes in one place? Or can notes only be accessed via the records they were created in (be it a contact record, account record, or potential record)?
