Nothing opens despite 'You have 1 unread chat(s)' notification ...
Dear zMail Team,
I keep receiving the 'You have 1 unread chat(s)' notification but none of the windows are actually active or show anything when I click on the active hyperlink.
Can you look into the issue and advise?
