Zoho Community Terms and Conditions Update

Zoho Community Terms and Conditions Update

Hello everyone,

We have updated the Zoho Community Guidelines to keep the exchanges original, relevant, and meaningful. The major focus of this update is on AI use, and on sharing apps, extensions or other software in the community.

This community works because members share what they've learned from real experience. Recently, many of you told us about bursts of automated replies on older threads, a flood of email notifications, and recent questions getting buried in the feed. Replies like these often repeat what's already been said, and make it harder for members and volunteers to find the conversations where help is genuinely needed. AI tools can be useful for research, but what you post here should reflect your own understanding and experience.

The updated guidelines apply to both the Zoho Community Forums and, Zoho Community Spaces which hosts the Zoho User Group (ZUG) community.

We recommend that you go through the revised guidelines available here in order to understand all of the changes we have made.
