Noticed a few issues.
I have been using ZR for a while and these are the issues or problems I am encountering
1. Formatting in email template is always incorrect. How much I keep it to one font it changes and the line spacing is always off.
2. When a candidate submit an attachment with small file name, it never overwrites. So one have duplicate attachments with same file name.
3. Candidate portal is great, but these are the observations
- When candidate applies they do not receive email submission
- Candidate portal - has limitations with input fields.
- Candidate portal does not have GDPR option. (If candidate/ applicant applies via my website they get directed to Webform and then they get all layout fields and GDPR option)
- When candidate attach new resume nothing gets over written or added in portal or ZR
- Attachments - JPEG is not an option anymore. Most ppl use jpeg when scanning or taking pic of degree etc
4. How about a quick button to generate format resume.
5. Could any candidate(user) modifications be highlighted especially if candidate update resume.
6. In the signature: Would be nice if they predetermine social media icons.
Has anyone else experienced these short comings. And if yes, what is your solution?
