Notification emails going into Junk Email

I set up an automatic email notification every time we upload new potentials. While the email process is working, the emails go directly into our sales reps' Junk Email box.

Our IT department has white listed everything from "@notifications.zohocrm.com", but the email isn't trying to say it's coming from Zoho, it's trying to say it is coming from us.  With the issues we have of people claiming to have our email addresses when they are not part of our organization, we are very strict as to say that only mail that originates from our email server is actually our email.

Our IT department suggests that I remove the "on behalf of" address, and just have it come out as an email from Zoho. I don't see that as an option within Zoho. Am I mistaken or is there a way to do this?
