notification for new lead that was not treated by sales rep

Hello Zoho CRM community,

I want to send a notification to the sales rep's manager if a new lead was assigned to the sales rep and he didn't contact the lead for 2 days. 

do you know what could be the best way of doing that? workflow rule?

because I want the condition to be something like that: if a lead was created 2 days ago, and it does not have a call related yet, send an email to the manager.
