Notifications mention the wrong user when tickets are updated.
I'm having an issue with the notifications/Feed in Desk when tickets are updated in any way. All actions taken are assigned to a single user no matter who performed the action.
For example lets imagine my organisation has 3 users: User A, User B, User C and Customer
User A assigns a Ticket to User B. The resulting browser notification reads as follows "User C updated a ticket from Customer".
Same thing happens if User B updates the tickets priority for example. No matter who updates a ticket it is credited to User C.
I have not been able to find any information on how these notifications are generated or why they would include the wrong name. Any idea how to even begin to fix this?
User C is not marked as Primary Agent or owner of the company.
