Notifications not being sent

Notifications not being sent

Until today notifications have worked right away. If i enter a ticket into the system it works great notifies me and everything is good. however, our calling service Answerforce when they enter a ticket it no longer notifies me. could you help with this problem?

The last ticket in question is #1615 but it seems to be with all tickets put in from Answerforce.
