Notify Case Owner not Working
Hi, we have some web to case forms setup. When a case is submitted, a case is created and the customer receives the autoresponse - so everything is working fine on that end. However we have "notify case owner" selected and the case owner does not receive a notification. We have checked our spam/junk folders etc and this email is no where to be found. Is Zoho currently experiencing any issues with this feature, or have any advice on how to correct it?
