Notify contact owner for Web-to-Contact form not working

Notify contact owner for Web-to-Contact form not working

I have a web-to-contact form hosted on my website. When a new contact is submitted, it is successfully added to zoho and an automatic email is sent to them. The problem is that I am set as the contact owner, and I have checked 'Notify contact owner', however I am not receiving any emails. I have checked all Spam and Trash folders and it is not being forwarded there. I don't think the email is being sent. Any help?
