Notify Group of Upcoming Due Date

I have established a custom date field in the accounts section of Zoho CRM.  I would like an automatic email notification sent out to a group when we get within 180 days of the date.  Anyone have any idea how I could accomplish this?  I am on Zoho CRM Professional.
