How would i setup a flow to notify a user that a manager has change the status of one of their opportunities whilst they were away on holiday etc... or have added some notes to an account etc...? I don't want it emailing them when they alter their own, only when a non owner (generally an admin or manager above them) alters any of the records or opportunities they own.

We have staff asking for emails, so when they get back from holiday they can quickly catch up with anything that has been updated whilst they are away. Currently managers are manually sending them an email list of what they have done whilst they were away. Our CRM is not constantly updated or monitored and as busy like some companies would be, so whilst someone is away only a few things would get changed
