I recently signed up for your Free/Lite email hosting. Today, while checking mail I clicked on an 'Upgrade' link and got taken to this page:

This item really caught my eye: "No. of external POP clients (Outlook, Thunderbird)" is 1 for the free hosting, but unlimited for all others.

What does this really mean? The free hosting can have up to 5 users but only 1 user can access mail via an external POP client? Or does it mean something else? Would it also apply to IMAP?

I've been searching your site for more information on this restriction but have not found any other references. In particular, there's nothing about this on the plan pricing/comparison on this page:

https://www.zoho.com/mail/zohomail-pricing2.html

Please explain.
