Numerous Sync Issues Between Zoho Projects and Zoho Books - no response from support

There are numerous projects that are giving errors in the Zoho Books integration with Zoho Projects. Below is a screenshot showing projects that do not exist (they are not archived, not in trash nor are they active). How do I find/delete these projects? They seem to be "ghost" projects. In can't find any of the projects referenced in this screen shot.

Unfortunately, Zoho Support has not responded to any of my emails regarding this bug.
