O365 & Zoho IMAP Email Integration Issues

So I have tried to integrate my company email, on O365, with Zoho CRM and keep running into "Invalid Credentials" failure. I am running Two-factor authentication on Microsoft side, so I went ahead and created an App Password and tried to use that password in the IMAP configuration on Zoho - still get the invalid credentials issue.

I searched the forums and people have come across this issue before. The solution was some adjust to the Microsoft environment, could anyone please elaborate on what adjustments need to be made from Microsoft's side to get this working?

i can't really run a CRM if it won't connect to my company email inbox. Help and advice is greatly needed here!
