Hiya!
I just signed up for the free Zoho mail account and set it up for my domain name and organised some mail forwarding. Great so far.
However, I notice that in the recipients' inboxes, my details (as sender) are listed as something like the following:
"
sleepy***
<myname@mydomain.net>"
This happens every time, regardless of the receiver, their account or whether or not I'm already in their
contacts, etc.
I guess it is coming from when I used
my personal e-mail address
(sleepy***@anotherdomain.com)
when
originally
signing up with Zoho
.
I also notice too that this happens within Zoho Mail, when composing an e-mail - it shows the same info
in the "from" part of the compose tab.
I've been fluffing around trying to fix this for a long time now and can't quite remember, but I think this
info was originally
in the "name" fields
within
Zoho's "My Account / Personal Information" and "Control
Panel / User Details"
sections, and that I changed it to my
real name. This doesn't
seemed to have
helped.
Anyway, not quite the 'professional business' look I was aiming for. Any ideas how to fix this?
