We have recently moved to Office 365 for email, and we were planning on syncing our email to Zoho CRM as per https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/connect-with-customers/email/articles/email-configuration-for-imap-pop - but....

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/deprecation-of-basic-authentication-exchange-online - this method of syncing with Office 365 is no longer supported by Microsoft (and I had a good chat with Microsoft support confirming this).

Am I simply trying to configure the email with CRM incorrectly and there is another help article, or is this a problem Zoho are working on?
