Offline usage

I need to be able to take Zoho CRM with me on my UMPC while on the road. Often, I'm without an Internet connection while traveling.

Since I'm the only user (currently), I've installed the on premise edition locally on my desktop box, and I've also installed it on my UMPC. Both installations work great.

My desktop box is my "primary" PC. When I go on the road, I'd like to copy the data files from my desktop to my UMPC, work with the Zoho CRM on the road, then copy the files back to my desktop when I return.

I've tried MS SyncToy to copy the Postgres data folder but it failed because access was denied on many files, even after stopping the services on both boxes.

Is there a way to accomplish what I'm trying to do? Thanks!
