OKRs in Zoho Sprints: Set your goals with us!

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are a goal management framework used by organizations to define strategic goals as objectives and track the outcomes with key results. Whether you are an upcoming startup or a seasoned business, setting objectives helps you envision the organization’s future goals, stay on track, and monitor the progress throughout.
 
Objectives are organization-level goals, which your teams are expected to achieve. They should be concise, coherent, inspirational, and also achievable.
 
Key Results are the measurable targets with actionable steps that help the business progress towards the objective.
 
Agile and OKR align closely to set and achieve long-term business goals. Zoho Sprints, acknowledging the need for organizations to foster goal alignment, supports OKR so you can create new objectives and key results, and map them to active items in your projects.

In the above objective, the first three key results are trackable with numbered metrics, whereas the other two key results require boolean units. Zoho Sprints allows you to map items to key results, helping you create actionable steps to achieve your goal.

OKR dashboards are designed to help you gain insights on the progress of the overall OKRs. You can select the duration to filter results and view the current status, completion percentage, and user activity in the OKRs.  
 

 
Additionally, each Objective hosts an individual dashboard as well. Here, the status of the objective along with the progress of the associated key results can be tracked. This provides a detailed analysis of the individual OKRs.
