Old Emails Missing

Hi,

I am very surprised to see that all my emails prior to Jan 10 are missing. This also includes all emails in Sent Items. Only emails in ZMNotifications are still available.

I certainly haven't deleted them, and I do not see an Archive option in the View menu, so I'm not sure what's happened. Can you please have a look and share your feedback? Thank you.
