We has setup Outlook 2010 with Zoho.

I can see a certain user has 182 emails on the Zoho Webmail but when we setup Outlook, Outlook downloads only 64 mails which are the latest emails but the older mails are not getting downloaded.

I have enabled ActiveSync under Zoho Control Panel for the User, then deleted the Outlook Profile & setup Outlook again but the issue still persists.

Can someone please help us???
