Every message I send as a test to my account I get this: saying "Recipient not found!!!!!"

This is putting my business in a VERY compromising position and unless I get a response today I"ll be leaving bad feedback and going elsewhere!

Clearly my ZOHO mail address isn't working but no-one seems to want to fix it!!
