Omni-Channel Communication Functionality

Hi there,
would it not make sense for the 'Email' related list on CRM Leads/Deals to be expanded into a full Omni-Channel communication functionality? You could show on the same related list, maybe via tabs, communication with the client across all sorts of 'channels', like Whatsapp, iMessage, SMS etc... and Email.

Thoughts?
