On Demand Mail reset of user passwor
I seem to be in a loop here.
I am superadministrator of ZOHO Mail account (on-demand or free version) with a non-administrator user who has forgotten her password. I do not see a reset capability for a superadministrator to reset a user mail password. However, if the user attempts to log in and use the "forgot password" option, she gets a message to contact her administrator--me.
We are both stymied.
The forum suggests the user should have a forgot password option, but that seems to not be working for us.
Any help is appreciated.
