Hello Team,

We are currently using the On Duty Form to record Work From Home (WFH) requests in our organization. However, we are facing an issue where pending On Duty requests are not appearing in the Attendance Module. For example, if I submit On Duty requests for five days and three days are approved, the Attendance summary only reflects the three approved days as WFH. The two pending requests are not considered WFH, which is causing discrepancies.

Additionally, when downloading or analyzing attendance data in Zoho Analytics, I can only see attendance information, but the On Duty data doesn’t appear. As a result, I am unable to generate automated reports according to my requirements.

Could you please help resolve this? I need to have both approved and pending On Duty requests for employees reflected in Zoho Analytics.
