Onboarding Email Not Received

I'm experiencing an issue with onboarding emails for one of our employees.

Employee email: abc@gmail.com dummy email

Steps I've already taken:
1. Added the employee to the system
2. He did not receive the onboarding email
3. Deleted his account completely
4. Re-added him and initiated onboarding again
5. Still no email received

I've since added two other employees who received their onboarding emails without any issues, which confirms this is specific to his account.

Could you please investigate why abc@gmail.com  is not receiving onboarding emails and help resolve this issue?
