We are a recruitment agency and curretly using Zoho Recruit to manage our candidates and clients and loving it, However we are always looking to improve our candidates journey and wondering could Cliq be used to walk candidates through the process in conjunction with the bots available here and the workflows in Recruit so the candidate gets info as and when they need with built in reminders to keep them on task. We will also be using Sales IQ for live chat through our website 

We currently use emails and Slack for this but emails get lost in their inboxes and missed.
