Accounts for 100% of spam received here in the last 6 weeks and over 75% of all spam received since October. Was reported to their own ISP and the ISP's upstream provider with separate samples of spam each time on 9 October, 19 October, 24 October, 3 November, 6 November, 15 November, 13 December, 18 December, 19 December, and 20 December. Spammed me again on 22 December, 27 December, 4th Jan, 8th Jan, 10th Jan, 13 Jan, 25 Jan. Still spamming from their rogue ISP as recently as today. The only way to block this criminal is to block all of globalfrag's ranges by IP address as they use a fresh IP address and new keymash domain name for each spam run.

I've had enough of this now. Please provide a way for me to reject all mail from 23.247.0.0/17 104.148.0.0/17 107.179.0.0/17 157.52.128.0/17 and any other address allocations that rogue service provider globalfrag might obtain, otherwise I'm going to have to move mailhosting again. Filtering spam into a separate "spam" inbox is a non-solution as it still needs to be read to see if it's actually spam, rejecting mail will notify any legitimate senders accitentally blocked because they'll receive a rejection notice and it won't waste my time checking it.
