CRM User Stopped Receiving Emails From systemgenerated @ zohocrm.com
One of my users stopped receiving emails from systemgenerated at zohocrm.com.
For example, he no longer receives email reminders or daily activity reports from the above stated email address.
- Has anyone experienced this?
- Any suggested solutions?

This happened a few weeks ago, and support said they "unblocked" his email. After further inquiry, support was not able to provide a valid explanation of why his email was blocked. He was able to send emails to leads and contacts, but Zoho CRM would not email him!
- They blamed it on one email he sent to a lead. The lead's email server was bouncing the email he sent. So said they blocked his email. This makes no sense why zohocrm.com system emails would stop being sent to this user.
- They also blamed our DKIM, but that is set up properly.
- After escalation, the higher level tech was again unable to even understand the problem. I believe he thought emails were not getting sent to leads.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. If we can't get emails from Zoho CRM the software is basically useless.
