One Email Account is Blocked - no idea why.

Hi -
I am having the same problem many others are having. It is a new account/domain. I've set up the domain 'compliancetraining.com' and added a couple of users-all but one is working fine. The most important email ' matt@compliancetraining.com' is disabled/blocked - the others are working fine.

I had previously used the matt@  email for a CRM trial - which I've since deleted - so I'm not at all sure why this (if this is the reason) would block my account.

PLEASE HELP ASAP. It is vital that I get this email working.
