one email not working in our domain.

Hi Team,

Could you help ?

One of our email (mike@ourdomain) not receive email in outlook 365 desktop version.

It's all working in Zoho mail online version. I can see all send and receive emails correctly. But it's shows Synchronizing subscribed folders... when I click send and receive email or open outlook client. 

Please help and check. Thank you very much.
