One-Time Task Boost | Aggravating Customer Support

So this is really irritating.

I screwed up and set something up wrong, and it resulted in my blowing through 1/3 of my tasks in a 12-hour period. Duh on me.

I ask if I can buy a one-time boost in tasks, and it takes the better part of a month for them to come back with "Here's the annual pricing for a permanent boost in tasks." Transcript below if anyone wants to check whether or not I was clear.

About 40% of my irritation is with Zoho not being willing to work with me on this (the marginal cost of a task in Flow has to be approaching zero), and the remaining 60% is how long it's taken to come back with an utterly unhelpful and indirect answer.

I can't tell if the staff didn't understand my question or is just unwilling to explicitly say that Zoho isn't willing to work with me on a one-time credit or one-time purchase.


Is it possible to buy extra tasks for just one month, or maybe even just get a one-time credit?

I made a mistake and configured a filter wrong for a Flow I was developing. Because the trigger was a record update and the Flow further updated the record, it ran in a loop overnight before I caught it. If I had set up the filter correctly, this obviously wouldn't have happened.

Fortunately, my task allotment resets on the 15th, so this burned through unneeded tasks last night. However, the bit that it ran this morning consumed almost 5,000 of my 15,000 allotted tasks for the next month, and I suspect I'm going to need many of those.

This is my own screw up, so I don't mind paying to fix it. However, it seems excessive for me to buy an annual subscription to credits (the only option I have) when this is a one-time event.

Is there any way to deal with this?

It's looking like I'd need to replenish the 5,000 mistakenly consumed due to my error.
