Hi everyone,
I’m using the Zoho CRM Professional Edition and facing an issue with scheduling one-to-one emails directly from CRM. While I can send immediate emails without any problem, I don’t see an option to schedule these emails for a later time.
I’ve checked the documentation and explored the settings, but I haven’t found a solution.
Is this feature available in the Professional Edition? If not, are there any workarounds or integrations that can enable this functionality?
I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions from the community.
